Usability Engineering

Our Usability Evaluations provide a structured, objective review of a site or application, conducted from the customer's perspective with their most important needs in mind. We begin every evaluation by developing a deep understanding of our client's goals and objectives and, where appropriate, the promises they are making to their customers in marketing or advertising campaigns. Approaching an interface from the customer's point of view while maintaining a keen awareness of the paths and actions that would most suit our client's objectives allows us to assess the degree of difference between the actions our client's want their customers' to take and the actions they are likely to take.

What's delivered?

An exhaustive report, liberally illustrated with screen shots and diagrams that details the strengths and weaknesses of the interface. Most importantly, our Evaluation Report also provides specific, tactical design recommendations that allow our clients to make modifications that will have an immediate usability improvement.
